7:40PM - PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Ok.. as per my previous post about the two missing children of my friend here is a yahoo name he has created. a profile with information while he waits to get the info updated on the PKF website and the national center for missing and exploited children. you can still ATTEMPT to see the flyer of www.vca.org and click missing children and then type in the name "carmichael" or you can click on this yahoo profile he created and print the flyer from there.. or if you want to offer help email the address provided in his profile and he can sign you up to get flyers mailed to you to distribute.. thank you so much to everyone who has helped or plans to! <3<3

This is dedicated to Ben.


5-6 Avocados, very ripe
1 ripe plum tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 Jalapeno peppers, seeds removed, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lime
salt and pepper

Mash avocados with a ford until pretty smooth, but with some chunks, add remaning ingredients, stir. Add tobasco, salt and pepper to taste.

add pits to keep from browning.

1:26AM - Tamale Pie

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup onion-chopped
1 green pepper-chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 15oz. can tomato sauce
1 28oz. can tomatos-cut up
1 17oz. can corn-drained
1/2 cup ripe olives-sliced
1 clove garlic-minced
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese-grated

3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups cold water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. butter

To make the filling:
Brown ground beef, onions, and green pepper and then drain. Add the remaining ingredients except for the cheese.
Bring to a boil, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until melted. Set Aside.

To make the crust:
In a saucepan cook on medium-high heat stirring constantly until thick. Add butter, mix well. Spread half of the crust mixture over the bottom of a 12x8x2-inch baking dish. Add filling, spoon on remaining crust. bake at 375* degrees for 45 minutes. Top with grated cheese if desired. makes 6 servings.
